By accessing this website or making a reservation with Regal Apartments (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before booking.

Reservations & Bookings

  • All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Bookings may be made via our website, WhatsApp, or third-party Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).

  • The person making the booking must be at least 18 years of age.

Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-in: From the time communicated during booking

  • Check-out: By the time communicated during booking

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Payment Terms

  • Payment terms vary depending on the booking channel used (direct booking or OTA).

  • For direct bookings, payment instructions will be provided at the time of reservation.

  • Regal Apartments does not store full payment card details.

Cancellations & Modifications

  • Cancellation and modification policies depend on the booking channel and rate selected.

  • For OTA bookings, the OTA’s cancellation policy applies.

  • For direct bookings, cancellation terms will be communicated at the time of confirmation.

  • No-shows may be charged in accordance with the applicable policy.

Occupancy

  • Apartments may only be occupied by the number of guests stated in the booking.

  • Additional guests not declared at the time of booking are not permitted without prior approval.

Self-Catering Policy

  • Regal Apartments is a self-catering property.

  • No meals or breakfast are included in the accommodation rate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Maintain the apartment, furniture, and equipment in good condition

  • Respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels

  • Comply with property rules and local laws

Any damage caused during the stay may be charged to the guest.

House Rules

  • Smoking inside the apartments is not permitted unless stated otherwise

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited

  • Pets are not allowed unless expressly approved in advance

Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay without refund.

Property Facilities

Use of facilities (including the swimming pool and parking) is at the guest’s own risk. Regal Apartments is not responsible for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by proven negligence.

Liability

While we take reasonable care to ensure a safe and comfortable stay, Regal Apartments shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings

  • Injuries or accidents occurring on the premises, except where legally required

Guests are encouraged to take responsibility for their personal property.

Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party platforms or OTAs. Regal Apartments is not responsible for the content, policies, or services of these external parties.

Amendments

Regal Apartments reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page and take effect immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Gambia.
